Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

First, check if your Windows is up to date:

->> "Settings" -> "Update & Security" -> "Windows Update"

Check if you have all updates installed including Windows 21H1.

If there are pending updates, update your system, reboot and try again.

If your problem persist:

Launch the Windows Run by hitting the "Windows key + R" and type

"C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData" in it and click OK.

Enter the drive where your Windows is installed in place of "C:" and your username in place of USERNAME.

- Now, right-click on "AppData" and open the "Properties".

- In the next window, go to the "Security" tab and click on "Edit".

- Click on "Add".

- Type "Everyone", click on "Check Names", and click on OK".

- Click on "Everyone" and allow "Full control" under Permissions for everyone.

- Click on OK.

- Reboot your system for the changes to take effect.

I have the same problem and get the same error code. I've restarted my computer, deleted the Xbox App, and my pc is on 21H1. I have no idea what to do now. I would appreciate help.
