    estoy tratando de iniciar black ops 3 y no me deja me sale el error 0x838601e7 me dice que intente nuevamente y no funciona, me mando a la pagina de soporte de Xbox pero en esta no tienen ninguna solución. en el foro la única respuesta
    que dan es que mantenga pulsado el botón de apagado de mi Xbox one por 10 segundo y que luego vuelva a intentar pero esto obviamente no funciona. ¿ CUAL ES LA SOLUCION?

    Are you getting the white screen on your console or on Xbox.com? Can you try to purchase call of duty: Black ops 3 online here: Microsoft
    Store (Black ops 3)     In addition, do you get any sort of error codes that accumulate after a while when trying to purchase something?

    Black Ops 3 is not backwards compatible on Xbox One, Black Op 3 is already available on Xbox One.

    No matter how much I hate Black Ops 2 and Modern Warfare 3...

    You should pick Black Ops 2.

    I really think that Black Ops 2 is superior in every way to Modern Warfare 3.
