I am having problems to receive the points, it says to update my account and it is not right, go to the page of management of profile of charging, and it appears 2 options to BR and another US I am from Brazil,How do I fix this? I have already changed my
hotmail account to Brazil, I already migrated my xbox live account to Brazil, how do I do it? I want to receive my reward from Xbox Live

credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something
