Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

Hi RumblyKhan! The first thing I would recommend you try is to check for and install any updates to the app. To do this, open the store app, then swipe in from the right to open the charm bar, then select Settings > App Updates.

If this is still happening after you update, please provide any information about the device you're playing on (make/model, OS version, etc.)
