    I didn't touch my console over a year and for sure I have to update the system and of course my answer is I failed to download the update.

    I checked online the solution related to error code: xxxx-3080-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx however no file has been associated with this link. Can you check and update the so called solution?
