    At my xbox one home (new from game stop) as i sign in to my profile & i double tap the home button, i see a (1) next to (messages) & i have no messages, i reboot xbox 10 second power button hold and turn back on the (1) is still there after i sign in. even
    restarting it WONT work..... please help with this issue.

    normally I would tell you to delete your profile and re download it but xbox live is having issues right now so you may have to wait it out ...you could try and "go offline" to play...

    Can you check your messages at xbox.com and see if there's any messages and delete if there is?

    Did not work as even the xbox.com dosent show any, and the (1) still remains on my xbox one

    Can't make my xbox 'My Home Xbox' even I have 3 switches.

    It was set up on very same Xbox that I'm encountering this error. I "Reset Console" on that before canceling Home xbox then I couldn't make any xbox my home xbox, also this one is not seem to be home xbox either.
