First of all, my native language is Spanish, so my English is extremely bad. I buy three (3) Xbox 20 U$S prepaid cards, for a total of 60 U$S, y reedem them without problem but I cannot use them to buy Xbox Live GOLD, About a month ago I use it to buy 1
Month Gold, have this change or is an error? Thanks, sorry for my incorrect use of your language.

i cant sign in!!! help!!

ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help!

Microsoft looking into Error Code 0x8004888d

I haven't seen this error yet, but a lot of people aren't able to connect to live. Maybe you are among the people suffering from error code "0x8004888d". It pops up whenever someone tries to sign into their account. So far the news is that Microsoft is working hard to fix the issue. So are you having the problems?

You can not buy Xbox live membership using Microsoft points. You would either have to use a credit card/Paypal or you could buy Pre-paid membership cards.

You cannot use the Microsoft Account (MSA) currency to pay for the Gold subscription. As above, you need to use a credit card for this. Alternatively purchase pre-paid codes for the Gold time from a store, where you can redeem the code and your account is
credited with Gold time. This is possibly what you did last time? It has never been possible to buy it online through Xbox using the pre-paid currency, so is not something that has changed.

I do have .money to pay for xbox live. But I have absolutely no way to pay for it. I try to on Xbox and get an error code. K try on a computer but can't access the my account page. There is no real way to get it.

Hey there Never! That error suggests an issue with the PayPal account not meeting one or more requirements for use with Xbox LIVE. Can you confirm that your account has either a credit card attached, a confirmed bank account, or a positive money balance?
