Error Xbox app windows 10

I install Fallout Shelter but to play the game i need to login on Xbox,but every time a try this error (0x409)0x80070002 appears and stop me from enter my account. I alredy try normal start on windows config but even that din't work.Can some one help me?

To resolve Error (0x409) 0x80070002, we would suggest you try the following methods below:

Method 1: Check for Store Updates

1. Open Windows Store. ( Press Windows key and click on Store tile)

2. Click on the USER icon and select Download and update.

3. Click on Check for Updates.

4. If there are any pending updates available select Update All.

Method 2: Reset Windows store

1.Press Windows key + X and click on Command Prompt (Admin) to open the Elevated Command Prompt. (If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow)

2. Type WSreset.exe and hit Enter.

3. Exit Command Prompt.
