    Hey, AMGSNIPER! Sorry to see any redeeming issues, however this thread is a bit old.

    The XBOS-4000 error generally means either that you are in a region that the code you're trying to redeem isn't valid because the game isn't available there, or that your account region and physical location do not match. There's some posts in here by Mister
    Maka that help explain what all you need to do to resolve this. If, after attempting those, it still doesn't work, please post up a new detailed thread so that we can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

    Just to try, I registered a new xbox account and I tried to redeem the code with the new account, but I receive always the same error code.

    At this point I think that there is a problem with the Xbox Store, because the chat support said the the code is valid, the xbox account has to be correct (I registered a new account just to check this), the xbox settings are correct (all is set to Italy)...

    What should I do?
