    Sorry for my language,i speak french normaly

    I want to watch a dvd on my xbox and its impossible because i have a dvd with the regional code two and i have xbox for regional code 1,i have try to remove this code on my pc with anydvd and Dvd region + css free and have not worked, my dvd its generation
    kill and i very want to watch this on my xbox or Tv with dvd lector without copy the dvd, please help me

    Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

    Having problems with playing DVD with this app I downloaded.

    It keeps saying Region 2 discs not compatible with a Region 1 console.

    Console was bought from Amazon UK, tried several other DVD but getting the same error.

    Anyone else had problems with this?

    Nothing can be done.If the dvd's region is different than your consoles region then it wont play.

    On top of Daft Badger's correct answer I'd like to point out that stripping off the region code and burning a copy is technically piracy and could lead to jail time.

    In forum,the people say that no illegal remove the region code because i haved already purchased the dvd and i dont want to make a copy.

    Maybe/Maybe not. It depends on either the game being Region 0 or having Region 4 coding on it.

    The UK is DVD Region coding 2 and Australia is DVD Region 4.

    There's no way to change the DVD region code of the console. It's also possible that the console could be from a country with a different DVD region code.

    Just out of interest, what region are the DVDs you're trying to play? This info can be found on the back of the DVD case.
