    Error with purchasing game from Xbox ONE in-game store


    At 09/11/2015 error occured when I purchasing game FIFA15 from Xbox ONE in-game store,

    which resulted in the withdrawal of funds from the credit card

    VISA **** 6347 in the amount of 2499 rubles was made three times.

    Please write off the amount from the card only for one purchase in the amount of 2499 rubles.

    They are closed on Saturday and Sunday but are open Monday to Friday from 10 - 6 your time.

    I'm not receiving any error message, the xbox one version of the game is just not available for me to download.

    Again, no error, the xbox one version does not show in my library.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. For whatever reason this game either for Xbox One or 360 is no longer available for purchase from our Xbox store. The game is still available to play but must be purchased from a third party store.

    Gold is needed only to play on xbox, not on PC. Are you trying to install on PC from the store and getting an error (which one?) or does it ask you to purchase the game first even if you have an active game pass Subscription?
