Error with purchased movies

I purchased the Matrix Trilogy on XBox Video today. The first movie is the only one that plays. The other two have the error code: 803c0008. I tried logging in and out as recommended. No fix. Then I realized that XBox Video doesn't even have the last two
movies (Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions) in your catalogue - only the first one. So - how do I get a refund for the two movies you sold me that don't actually exist?

Purchased movie has disappeared from my xbox

I typed to watch my movies that I purchased an these no movies there at all, an I have 20 movies that I purchased. What is going on with that? An I can't even purchased a movie at all, it keeps say error on it?

I purchased 4 movies to watch offline while I was on holidays, and one of the movies keeps crashing at the very beginning and giving me an error message (above).

Anyone have any solutions that don't involve several hours on the phone with support?

If I had known the movie wouldn't have worked, i wouldn't have purchased it in the first place, and I notice that Microsoft, as always, never has any error messages with taking my payment...

 

In fact, after checking it appears that I'm missing the licenses to many of my purchased movies. Does this have something to do with today's XBox update?

 

Try restoring your purchase history within the app. My Videos > Account Management > Purchased Movies > Press X. There was a service alert yesterday concerning purchased items, but it appears to have cleared up since then.
