    Al parecer por el codigo que tienes el error va a ser que esta activado el control parental, desde tu control activa el meni de interfaz, entra a cuenta y desactiva el control parental. quiza con eso ya se resuelve tu problema, si aun sigue me avisas

    Hi there Nano - if you are 18, you should be able to promote the account. Check out this link for more information:

    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-parental-control     . Re: the error when purchasing, is this on the console or on Xbox.com? If the former, what is the exact error message?

    To better help you, can you please explain the situation you're running into with parental controls, and the error code you're receiving. Can you try to manage the parental controls here: Privacy & online safety

    If you're using a child account, you'll need to login using a parent account that has your profile linked to it.

    Can't promote child account because of long series of errors on Xbox.com

    Hey there! You'll need to promote the account to adult using a console. Here are the steps:

    Xbox and Zune Parental Control     . Are you able to complete those steps, and do they take care of the errors?

    That error also suggests that there might be something wrong with the billing on the account. If you get that error still when you try to log in to commerce.microsoft.com then you should give phone support a call so that they can sort it for you!
