Error with Mojang Account migration

Thank you for your response. If not done so already, I would recommend also contacting Mojang Support directly. If you have recently migrated your Mojang accounts with a Microsoft account, it's possible that this is what's causing the error. Mojang should be able to pinpoint if this is an account error or something on the Microsoft account end.

Please open a ticket with Mojang at Mojang Support - Submit a Request

Additionally, if you have noticed that this began after a recent migration, you may view Microsoft Account Migration Issues and FAQ for potential solutions to the error you are receiving.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. To confirm, you have never had a Mojang account and still do not have an account, is that correct? If so, a Mojang account that is migrated to a Microsoft account is required. For additional details, please review: Minecraft: Java Edition Account Migration FAQ.

If you continue to have the error after migrating your account, please contact Mojang directly at Mojang Support - Submit a Request.

Please try first creating the account using this link:

https://signup.live.com/signup

After that, use instead the "Already have an account" button (or similar) and sign in with the recently created account. That should do the trick

Contact Minecraft Customer Support: If your account has been compromised, contact Minecraft Customer Support
