hello. sorry for my bad english. I bought xbox one. game for free Sunset-Overdrive-Day-One-Edition. i entered the game code, but i dont see this game in my xbox. and i get the error on page Xbox One Games | Xbox

As above try purchasing the game through your console. The website is not yet able to cope with the changes to payment methods entirely.

Contendette221, simply browse to Magic the Gathering 2013 on your console and purchase it from there. The official Xbox website's still having some issues adjusting to the new Microsoft account format.

Hello sinyakin,

On the card that was in the box, there should be two codes. Make sure you redeem both. It is possible the code you redeemed is only for some DLC, so you won't see the game until you download the full game.

I am part of a family plan so I don't really have a payment option available. And the head of the family plan can't find how to give allowances anymore.
