Error with download code

I have an issue redeeming Gears of War codes.

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

 

Any one heard about Error code E25 ?

I have spoken to 5 different Live Chat agents so far, one told me the codes are region dependant but nto sure that's the issue I tried changing my Xbox to US. Another one just said it will sort itself out in a few days time but I have already
waited 4 days alone for this error to go away.

I have been given codes for Gears Of War games by a friend. Gears 2 and Judgement downloaded fine...

Gears 1 and 3 error out repeatedly with "Something happened on our end, try again later" which it's said for 4 days now.

Spoken to support and they seem to think it's a regional issue as I'm in the UK and the codes are originally from an American Xbox Embassador.

I've tried entering the codes in the web page, on pc app, smartphone app and of course on my Xbox One.

Any ideas? I'm fed up up writing the same thing out over and again

Also I kept getting errors on the forums saying failed to post so now I have at least three threads open similar...

 

Hey AllahMuhallah! The codes are region specific but may work if your region matches your physical location. I would suggest migrating the account back to the UK and try again. If the code continues to kick back an error it is because of the region specific
nature and will not work. Thanks!
