Error with backward compatibility

Hello, so I recently bought an Xbox one. 500gb. So all my one games work well, but none of the 360 ones will. I've looked over all sorts of lists and whatnot for approved games, but whenever I put a disc in it says something along
the line of "error, you can't play that disc here." Or on a couple like new vegas it opens the blue ray player then throws that code. Currently I only have my hotspot from my phone, so it's slow, but it's enough to do stuff online. Any ideas why none of the
games will work?

Also error 80151904 what's happening to your backwards compatibility can't we just play it without our gamer tags because it's the one causing the error c'mon just do it for backwards compatibility pls

 

Error with backwards compatibility

Whenever I go to backwards compatible game store and select "Get price" instead of it showing me the regular window I get an error page that says "Server error in "/" application." It only happens in console and only for backwards comparible 360 games, not
regular xbox one games. Any tips?

The console needs to be online with Xbox 360 backwards compatible games as it needs to download a special version of the game that Xbox One will recognise and this must also happen when using game discs.
