    Error with apps and games


    Recently, I've been trying to start up certain games on my Xbox One. For starters, when I start a game such a Rainbow Six, it closes it and states "For some reason 'Rainbow Six' took to long to start. Now, several other games have done this as well. It is
    followed by an error code (0x8027025a). I've tried tried hard resetting, unplugging from main power source, and even resetting it to only keep games and apps. I don't know what else to do.

    Not able to pin apps?

    Getting an error code while attempting to pin apps like Starz, VH1, and TheCW. Error 0x876c0002.

    having trouble with games and apps

    so I see others are having the same problem as me im game sharing with my wife and at the moment i cant access my downloaded games. or apps...need fixed...been waiting for ME Andromeda

    I'm having this exact same problem, there was only one way to get it to work for me and sometimes it doesn't work. I logged out and went offline then I reset my Xbox. When I got back on I didn't log in and just start the game. This isn't an exact solution
    to the problem but I hope we get one soon.

    Hi,

    Not a lot of people know this, but unlike other stand-alone game apps on PC, the Beta App is actually an extension of sorts of the built in Windows Store. You don't even need the App running to launch your games.

    Because of the way the app works with the Windows Store, all error codes are actually Windows error codes, not PC Game Pass errors.

    If you get an error it usually means there is an issue with your Windows installation.

    Are you trying to log into a game or the Xbox App? If you're on Android, and trying to log into the Xbox or Game Pass app, I'd recommend searching the store for "Xbox (Beta)" or "Game Pass (Beta)" and see if you get the same error there.

    Is the error code an Android system error or an App error you're getting? Also, can you provide the make and model of your phone and what version of Android you're running?
    It is an app error. Microsoft msge says to try again. Device is Nokia 7. Has been fine til recently. App usually logs in automaticallt when opened but now this error appears

    You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

    This is an EA error for a login error
