Error with 3 month card!

all day im trying to reedem code , but its not working....

same exact issue and error code. Support says it's a known issue and the engineers are working to resolve it ASAP.

I had same code...I just chatted with support they said:

The only reason that your code is not redeeming to your account is because you are on an active paid subscription and there is a bit of a known issue with stacking paid subscriptions and pre-paid subscriptions together. 9:44 am

Your current subscription expires on December 8, 2016, and once expired, you can then redeem your pre-paid code without any issues!

This tends to happen mostly when you have a paid subscription and turn off auto-renew and then try and redeem the code. For some reason, with auto-renew off, it blocks codes in the system. Once your current subscription expires, you can
redeem the code without any issues.

I don't believe that is true. I always have auto renew off and have no problems stacking Gold with a current subscription. It seems to be a widespread technical problem problem right now affecting codes and purchases.

I can't redeem a code or make a purchase directly with my debit card.

I bought a 3 month card at gamestop went home put it into the 360 and I get the error saying the market place is down

status code: 8007000B?

I can't redeem my 3 month card, which means I can't play battlefield 3 online.... great....
