    Error while trying to redeem a code


    I have never purchased anything or even have any payment methods linked to my account but I keep getting this message while trying to redeem my 3 month gold code

    "Your Xbox LIVE billing account has been locked from making purchased. Call Xbox Support so we can help get this straightened out. Go to support.xbox.com/contact-us for all the contact options. Find more info by looking up status code 80153021 at www.xbox.com/errorhelp"
    (I don't have an unpayed payment, xbox live seems to be up, my microsoft country matches my country.

    and sometimes I get

    "Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem, go to
    www.xbox.com/errorhelp"

    Status code: 80182300 (nothing shows up when i type in the code)

    I bought the code from a physical store yesterday

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.
