Error while trying to redeem a code

Hello, I have been trying to redeem my gold code and other such codes for the past week and a half, but everytime i select the redeem a code from the Xbox one store I get an error which reads:

"Try that later

Something happend on our end, waiting a bit might help"

I would love some help to solve this issues as I've tryied everything on my end and it did not work.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

Are you getting any error while trying to install the game? Is the error during redeeming the codes, or after redeeming them?

Could you try redeeming the code over at microsoft.com/redeem while signed in to see if the code works there? If the code continues to spit out an error, please post back with that full error
code so we can assist further.
