    Tried purchasing the show 23 with a $50 dollar gift card and the remainder on my credit card and it keeps saying oops we don’t know what happened try again later and now it won’t let me purchase and is saying the gift card is already been redeemed

    Sounds like you live in Romania. There are two reasons that the purchase is not working for you.

    1. Because the item you want to purchase is in the UK the payment cannot go through.

    2. If your gamertag is set for the UK you must use a UK credit card to purchase items. Because of this your payment will not go through.

    You could try to set up a paypal account to see if it will work.

    Sorry to hear this. What you could attempt is try buying the content on xbox.com instead. This is more of a workaround than a solution but it's worth a shot.
