    Hy,

    I'm trying to purchase something on the UK market with a romanian ( ROMANIA ) creditcard. The information i put in the billing menu is all corect, but for some reason when i confirm my purchase it says the following : Your purchase cannot be completed at
    this time. Please try again.

    is there some special option that i have to activate or to select from my profile in order to make the transaction ?

    While purchasing FIFA 2017, i got this error at the last step of purchase confirmation 80150028

    Sounds like you live in Romania. There are two reasons that the purchase is not working for you.

    1. Because the item you want to purchase is in the UK the payment cannot go through.

    2. If your gamertag is set for the UK you must use a UK credit card to purchase items. Because of this your payment will not go through.

    You could try to set up a paypal account to see if it will work.

    Sorry to hear this. What you could attempt is try buying the content on xbox.com instead. This is more of a workaround than a solution but it's worth a shot.
