Error while processing your request

If I try to go onto my Xbox profile, I get this message that says “error occurred while processing your request” with a reference number #30.248e7b5c.1682179105.3d1475b. I’ve tried to go on to my profile on different devices, I’m logged out and logged back in again and refreshed everything, even looked on the status and nothing seems to work.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, I myself am experiencing it. This can be an intermittent issue however, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft which means that we may just need to wait for now.
