Error while logging on to your xbox account on your computer.

Xbox app is corrupted, we need to reinstall Xbox app and Windows store. Here are steps below:



1. Press Windows key + X.



2. Then click Command Prompt(Admin).



3. Now type the following command and hit enter:



Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage



*After a restart this will install any missing built-in apps you may have uninstalled. (again in a powershell in admin):



Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

you say it isn't a problem with the installation but the error is on all computers you installed it on, mabie its a problem with the installation disk instead.

get a friend to log in on your computer or use another account, if the error persists with another account, your installation is faulty,

Try logging on to your Xbox console locally, go into your storage and erase all the items that have not fully downloaded or have the yellow download error. Also try logging into your account from a computer to see if any of your information has been changed
if so you might want to change your password and update your security information.

Hi Snuffy, the reason why this happens is because you do not log out of your account while still keeping logged in on your pc account, I know it sounds weird but try logging out on the pc then using your mac, should work without that error.

Paypal, takes note of your WAN IP Address & It knows when you log on from your computer etc..

If someone else was trying to access your account from another WAN IP Address & doesn't enter correct information the first time.. The server sees it as a security threat & you will get a error or account blocked...

In many cases, when overseas.. You have to remote access your computer & log on to PayPal etc..
