Error while loading into every game

Every single game I load into stops me before it loads and says there was an error try again. I have no idea why, I’ve tried looking up the error code (0x8007023e) and it says nothing, please help, I would like to play a game

I have the same issue. I have tried every game. I have tried every app. Store opens fine. Edge opens fine. Movies open but i cant play anything. No movies work. I cannot play any games at all, even the ones I have the disk for. Please fix this Xbox. I woke up early today (in Korea) to play with my friends in the U.S. I do not enjoy waking up early, but today i did it finally and now Xbox is **** on me. Why am I being punished?

I have the same problem with the same error code. $500 paperweight at the moment coz it can not play any digital games. Beyond frustrated.
