    Hi,

    I am trying to create Xbox account for my daughter.

    Once I put my email id for Parent consent and click next it ask for my password. After entering the password, It lead to error and redirects to below URL.

    https://www.microsoft.com/library/errorpages/smarterror.aspx?correlationId=KN8APYSvs0+m68tE.0.5.0

    Hi there,

    please try it via inPrivate/Incognito browsing (IE,Edge,Firefox via Ctrl+Shift+P and for Chrome use Ctrl+Shift+N) and try again.

    If that fails please try a different browser or even a dfferent device.

    thank you for replying to me but maybe I wasn't clear enough.

    The problem occurs When I'm trying to' create the account directly from the Xbox one so i'm not using any browser.

    As you see that's how I'm trying to' create the account but when I've inserted the "I'm not a robot" code i can't complete the process because it takes me back to this screen.

    Did you created an EA Account? If not create it, and then associate your Xbox Account to the EA Account. Then try again if happens again the error.

    Can't change Windows Live ID yet for 30 days, created this account two years ago and just put it on my dad's Xbox?

    No it's possible to change the email of an account, but the OP should not be getting that error message if he created the account a while ago and has not previously changed the email address. I've never heard of anyone having that issue though.

    While connecting, it requests updates.

    Now it let me to create new profile, but it gave same error code as in my previous reply while trying to connect to xbox live. what can it be?
