    Error when Uploading XB1 clips to Youtube


    Getting "an error occurred while uploading this video. Undefined."

    1) Had the Youtube app on XB1 signed in (paired) to my old Youtube account (so I could see playlists and such)

    2) The Youtube account had a different email than my xbox account (but never was a problem; accessed the account just fine through XB1)

    Note: This youtube account had No Channels created ; no videos were ever uploaded

    3) Created a new Youtube account for gaming videos

    4) New youtube account has same email as xbox account

    5) On this new youtube I created a Channel in support ofvideo uploading

    6) Completed the Channel "verify" that youtube imposed and message says ready to accept uploads

    7) UNINSTALLED the youtube app on XB1 (thinking it was "paired" with my old youtube account)

    8) Couldn't find a way to delete this youtube app

    9) So when I go to install a "new" youtube app I was seemingly clicking on the item I just uninstalled (if that matters)

    10) I connect the "new" XB1 youtube app with my new youtube account

    Note: Was wondering if it also needed to "paired" with the specific Channel that youtube made me create under this new account if I wanted to upload

    11) Pop up youtube app menu and select upload

    12) Videos from XB1 are listed and I select a 30 second clip

    13) Goes to 1% then I get the "an error occurred while uploading this video. Undefined."

    14) ALL MY XB1 Privacy/Security Settings are set to ALLOW

    Any ideas?

    Im having a problem uploading clips to youtube, it goes to 50% then stops and says error, ive been onto microsoft multiple times but they cant fix it

    P.S. I would add that not all my BFHL clips failed to save, as I did upload one to youtube. The problem seemed to occur for me after I applied the latest XB1 system update.

    But only one clip is now showing on smart glass and that clip is not the one I saved and uploaded to youtube. :-S

    If you go to the YouTube app via X1 there is an option to upload clips/videos from your saved upload clips.
