    I had an xbox preview update about a week ago, now a turn it on, I can't do anything and sometimes get a error pop up saying --- IF YOU KEEP SEEING THIS, RESTART YOU XBOX, PRESS AND HOLD THE POWER BUTTON FOR 10 SECONDS, AFTER THE XBOX TURNS OFF, TURN IT
    BACK ON, (0X80070102), I can't log out can't, open the guied and so on how to fix would be much love, tia.

    Original Xbox 360 E74 error message- Solution

    If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

    System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.

    If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

    bump, a friend of mine is having the same issue. XBOX tech said it's the internal power box of the Xbox that is faulty and requires him to send it away to be repaired. I don't know whether this is quite true considering that it's only happening on the preview
    programme. Just for interest is your console an original or a S console?

    I got this same error when I tried to sign in, (8015190E) and I turned off my xbox, took out my hardrive, and then turned the xbox back on. Afterwards I turned it back off, put my hardrive back in the xbox and then turned it on again. When I signed in I
    didn't get the error (8015190E). I hope this helps anyone with the problem.

    How did you find this? Trial and error? I have an Epson powerlite 5020ub, and the Xbox will turn it on, but nothing happens when I turn the Xbox off.
