    I cannot change my privacy settings on my account.

    When I go to this url Sign in to your Microsoft account

    I get the below, can anybody help? I tried a new browser. Is this a bug on MS side?

    Changing Privacy Settings

    I’m trying to join a friend’s realm and I click the check and an error message comes up that says ‘You cannot play online multiplayer through Xbox Live because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on
    Xbox.com.’ I’ve visited the website and when I search ‘privacy settings’, it says ‘visit the website to change privacy settings’. Where do I go on the website to change them? The help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Hi There,

    I checked around for similar error messages and found this piece of advice.

    Try updating your account's privacy settings:

    1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    2. Click the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab.

    3. Change all settings to Allow.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If I understand this issue correctly, it sounds like you are unable to change your privacy settings from xbox.com. if you haven't already, please try

    updating your privacy settings from your xbox one console.

    If you get an error message after trying from the xbox, please come back and let us know. Hope this helps!

    I looked around there and couldn't find anything that could help me. It seems to update my privacy settings but gives me an error. I've contacted mixer to see if I was really banned and I was not. So I am assuming this is an issue with Windows Gamebar? I
    can stream just fine onto mixer from OBS, just not from windows gamebar.
