    i get the following error when trying to redeem my 12 month XBox Live membership:

    XBOS-3028

    d1e6cc76-d37f-4b4e-89e5-2c2fbccef8f5.

    I see I'm not the only one, yet all services show as up and running!

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    I cant redeem 12 month gold code

    I'm getting the same error code when trying to redeem GOW codes .....................again!! Had the same problem a couple of months ago trying to redeem a 12 month code. You would think that Microsoft/Xbox would be keen to make their payment method as slick
    as possible - but no!!

    I have the same problem. When I try to redeem my 12 month code it just says that an error occured with XBL and that the code can not be redeemed...
