    I have the 1 month free trial offer available on the dashboard but whenever I try to select this it takes me to the following error;

    Bring your subscription up to date
    Your subscription is past due. To bring it up to date, go to account.microsoft.com and select Services & Subscriptions.

    If I go to the account page I have my live subscription showing as expired (I have previously used a 1 month free trial) with an option to renew. This just takes me back to the dashboard where the 1 month free trial is showing as available.

    If the 1 month trial cant be used why is it on my dashboard (its just appeared again in the last couple of days)?

    I owe nothing and my account is up to date.

    Trying to purchase 1 month free trial, keep getting error message when "confirm purchase", Error code is 80070057, which apparantly has to do with corrupted videos!

    Help appreciated!

    I have only used 1 since I have had my Xbox One. On my 360 I probably used 2 or 3 but that was years and years ago... like 2007/2008.
