error when trying to purchase Mirror's Edge games with gold

i attempted to download Mirror's Edge through the store in my Xbox One and after clicking show price, it freezes and does nothing. so then i moved on and tried to purchase it through the store online and after trying to load for a few minutes i got this:

I just got the exact same "error" myself also with Mirror's Edge from Games with Gold. I can't even get it on Xbox.com

GAMES with GOLD - Mirror's Edge is not free to me

My masters,

My problem is related only with Mirror's Edge game in Game With Gold program, My Live GOLD subscritpion is valid until 2017, I am able to get Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China but not Mirror's Edge

When I go to Mirror's Edge™ it shows me
that costs $14.99

Please, how can I fix it?

Just an FYI, this is happening with ALL Xbox 360 games via Xbox.com or the XB1 marketplace. If you want to purchase ANY 360 titles, this error pops up.

Have you tried a different browser like ie 7 or higher or edge or Firefox if you are using chrome it tends to have issues

I am still unable to buy Mirror's Edge via the Xbox One Store app, or via the Marketplace website in a browser on my laptop.

Each time I get a "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.", and believe me I have been trying again and again all this month. Please help.
