Error when trying to play Counter Strike - Source

I can start the game, but when i try to create server, a window contain "runtime error" message appears and force close the game. This appear when i try to look at event viewer

Are you trying to play Counter Strike Source on Steam, right? It's not a Non Steam version, right?

Try to uninstall and install it again.

After installing, download the dataexchange.dll

For Windows 32 bits:

To see if your Windows is 32 or 64 bits:

Select the Start button > Settings > System > About .

Open About settings.

At the right, under Device specifications, see System type.

Replace it on C:\Windows\system32\ (just copy, paste and replace)

After replacing the DLL file, uninstalling and installing CSS again, please let me know if it will work.

I use an integrated graphics from intel celeron and I have updated the graphics driver to the latest. Any other game like genshin impact is running properly.
