    Dear Support,

    It's not the first time i experience some error when trying to connect to the Xbox live. Your system doesn't seem to work well. I tried to connect to my account, it didn't work, i checked your servor statue, then i followed the different step to fix the issue.
    (Reboot the computer, the rooter)

    One fix was about "delete your Microsoft account", but my Xbox live account is also my administrator account so i can't. Another one is about a harddrive reset I have some important file on my computer and i Don't want to reset my hard drive to be able to play
    on Xbox live again. It will both reduce the time life of my harddrive, plus take me some uploading/downloading and set-up useless time.

    the error shown by the Xbox live app while trying to connect are 0x8015DC24 or 0x87DD0005. The app worked well yesterday, but not today, and the only thing that happened since then is a shutdown. It's the first time of my life i pay for a online service monthly,
    and the first time of my life i witness such a online app mess. I hope to be able to understand and to fix the issue here without a harddrive reset or a delete of my administrator account(that is currently not possible)
