Error when trying to change security settings for child

My son just got a Xbox One and activated the 14-day trial of Live with his Live-account.

To be able to chat and play multiplayer One says I have to change security settings. Then I went to my laptop, logged on with my Live-id (our accounts seems connected as parent/child)

But I cannot go to the securitysettings or Xbox One security for Children. I get a page that in Swedish says something like "Oops...you seems to have found an error"....req: EWUTGfSO7cfl0QZ4Tri4vr5th/5WPlzlV2xuyVyzOCY= and then Another number as well....

What is wrong?

Can't manage my child privacy settings

Account settings not avaible

I wanted to change my xbox accout settings but I always get directed to "http://support.xbox.com/de-DE/xbox-one/security/error-child-trying-to-access-settings".
I wondered because when I go on Microsoft and to the family settings it says that my account is one of an adult and that there is no child, but at xbox the same account is one and I cant change any settings. Did I do something wrong when I created my Account
or do I need an xbox to change my settings?
