Error when trying to buy Black ops 1

Hello,

For the past few months I've been trying to purchase Black Ops 1 BC on my Xbox one.

Every time I've tried to purchase it I get a, "Sorry Your purchase can not be completed at this

time. Please try again." Tried buying it on my Xbox one and my laptop. My card is 100% good and

I've bought BC games in the past like Fallout NV and Xbox 360 Minecraft via the store. I'd

really love to just give Microsoft more money but I can't even purchase or download the game.

I haven't had a 360 so I don't have a physical copy. Also I live in South Korea and would enjoy

having the ease and convenience of buying it online rather than ordering a physical copy and

waiting for it to ship. Please halp.

Error Every Time I try to Play Backwards Compatible Game

Hi,

I've tried to replace both disks, and I keep getting error codes when I try to use my backward compatible games. When trying to open Black Ops 1, I received the error code 0x80040153. I hard reset my Xbox and tried again and it didn't work. Please help me
fix this as I paid in full for these games (Halo Reach, Black Ops 1, Black Ops 2), and got error codes for all of them that do not have previous answers on this forum, and I cannot play the products I own.

BO2 'Error Modifying Session'

I keep getting "Error modifying Session" when trying to play online on Black Ops 2???

If you have tried both your console and xbox.com to make the purchase, it might be an issue with your account.

I would recommend having a chat with Xbox Support here:
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us choosing billing in Step 1 and then Other in the next step to get the chat option.
