Error when trying to buy a game pass

Hi, I am trying to buy a 1 month game pass but I got an error when trying to buy it, saying : ''''The payement option on an existing subscription has been declined and is blocking this purchase on your xbox go to settings or go to account.microsoft.com/services
to fix this problem. '''' ...When I am going in the service part i got another error saying this : ''''Try that again : Something happened on our end and we cant show all the data at the moment. waiting a bit might help. '''' I have verified my payement
option and everythings ok.. Not working since a couple of days.. Thanks for your help!

Error C101A3EA

Hi

I'm trying to buy the Season Pass for the first season of The Mentalist in France. When I try to buy it, I receive an error message "C101A3EA" and, via the website, I get a message saying to try later.

Knowing that the price is quite low for a season pass, I don't know what's going on.

Can you help, me, please ?

Game Pass is not required. Are you getting an error when you try to purchase it?

Hi, I'm havin the exact same problem and when I try to install it though the Microsoft Stone app i get two options, to buy the game or to buy a Game Pass subscription, and when i click that one i get an error as I already have a Game Pass subscription active on my account.

Does it give you an error when you try?

If you play the game via game pass you will not have access to the game after your subscription ends unless you buy the game.
