    I reset the cache and it's not a matter of switching accounts that's the issue. It's that the xbox guide will not open, as shown in the gif.

    I had to bing Xbox One Fat, but I guess you are referring to the original Xbox One?

    Are you seeing any images on screen or error messages? What happens when you are trying to connect the Xbox One to the screen?

    Whilst the Xbox is connected and switched on, have you tried to switch the TV into game mode? Might be worth trying that one.

    You said that this only happens when you switch accounts, correct? Are you trying to switch profiles while in a game, or on the Dashboard? Do you get this error any time you switch profiles, or only while in a game? If so, which game(s)?

    Also, can you sign in to all accounts properly, or is there one that stands out. For example, if you have four accounts, but one is always being switched to or from when the error pops up, and the other three can swap freely with no error, that would help us
    narrow down the cause. Let me know, thanks!
