Error When Submitting Repair Request for Xbox One

I keep getting a weird error when I am trying to submit my Xbox One for repairs. On Step 4 "Select a Service Type" when I submit the request it simply says "

Customer Email and Phone doesnot exist."
The provided email is my windows live ID email, and the phone number is also the linked phone number I use for account recovery. I have checked and double check that they match. So what do I do now?

Okay, then your best bet is to submit an
Online Repair Request or to
contact Official Xbox Support when they are available. I would recommend calling or chatting with an Official Support member before submitting a repair request, just to be sure.

 

Made repair service request with wrong phone number

As subject says, I made a mistake with my phone number when submitting my xbox repair request. How can I get it fixed? Do I have to cancel the request, wait for the processing of the cancellation, then submit a new one?

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

In my experience phoning them is the best way.

I"m having this same problem...and the suggestion to use the 'contact us' page is useless. For me anyway. It just brings you right to the repair page that tells me my email or phone doesn't exist.

 

I've never used the repair page & I've had to send a lot of consoles off over the years.I always book a repair by phone.

By using the "contact us" page it should give you a support phone number or the option to request a callback.
