Error when searching Xbox store

hi. I was searching for The Grand Tour game but when i clicked enter on the search it says page code not be loaded and it comes up with Code: 0x80131505. Please help. Is it being ficed or something?

Another thing you would want to do is keep an eye on the Xbox Live services... today the ability to purchase games was down.

Have you done a hard reset/power cycle on your console?

Press and hold the xbox logo on the front until it switches off. Waiting 30 seconds before switching it back on.

Same thing for me but error received when trying to open Xbox Store. Error code search yields nothing. Major screw-up by Microsoft?

Uhm, make sure you are correcly logged in the Windows store. There should be a menu near the search bar. (on the left).

If the error keeps happening, try logging out from the xbox app and from the windows store, then logging back again when asked by the game

We appreciate your coming to the Xbox community, and we're sorry you're having this issue. What's happening on your console is a little weird, could you tell if you're using a chat pad connected to the controller to type in names, or are you using the controller itself?

Anyway, I suggest you try the solutions below, please.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 3:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

- Select the option to keep your games and apps so that they are not deleted, make sure you know your email and password as they will be removed from the console and you will need to add them again.
