    Error when running test multiplayer connection


    My Xbox One S says that my NAT type is Unavailable. When I run Test Multiplayer connection, it says Your network is good, but there may be matchmaking issues. When I go to network settings under NAT Type: Unavailable it tells me to go to Xbox.com/Xbox one/teredo.
    The options for error messages don't include mine. Please help. I just wanted to play Xbox with my friends.

    Hey there Serious Man,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with playing Multiplayer.

    I would recommend running a Multiplayer Connection Test by going to Settings > Network > On the right is Test multiplayer connection.

    Then, if you get an error with the test, you can check our
    Multiplayer Connection     troubleshooter. It has a couple of different solutions based on what you're seeing.

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems when attempting to jump online. I would advise testing your network to see if there is any possible error messages that will let us know what we need to look at.

    Go ahead and take a look at the troubleshooters below so that we may test both network connection and your multiplayer connection.

    Thank you for that quick response, If you have not yet tested the connection I would advise that you test your network connection and your multiplayer connection to see if there is any other error messages showing up here. You can follow the steps on the
    support article listed below.

    Can you provide more information in regards to what you are experiencing, are you getting any error messages when you are attempting to connect to Xbox Live?

    Go ahead and test your network and multiplayer connection and let us know if you are receiving any error messages so that we may take a look at it.
