    When redeeming my Fallout 3 code I get the following error:

    Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

    • Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
    • Date of purchase: January 4, 2016
    • I get error code 0x80150017 when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code.
    • Additional comments: I received my code on January 13. I've tried redeeming the code, but get the same error. I was directed by customer support in chat to post this thread.

    Need help with the FallOut 3 code bundled with the FallOut 4 purchased. Tried redeeming on both console and online but got an error.

    Error when redeeming Fallout 3 code

    That's usually the sign of a region issue. Since that game is region locked, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

    If you don't live in an xbox live region and selected an xbox live region that you don't live in that won't work

    You need to be in an xbox live region

    If you are on an us foreign base you need to be in their region not the us Since the isp of your base isn't likely to be american

    id buyed fallout 4 at gamestop and it came with the digitall copy of fallout 3 in a code to redeem. everytime that i tried to redeem it then it gives me the error. what could it be ??

    I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up

    Each of the codes are universal codes, not locked to certain regions. Could you post back the error code you get when you try to redeem Fallout 3? That will help us narrow down the cause of the issue! :)
