Error when redeeming code

    Error when redeeming code


    I entered a brand new code to redeem for a builders pack, and there was an error. I didn't catch the error code, because I thought I typed something wrong and re-entered the code. Then I got an error saying my code has already been redeemed. I checked
    my account settings and it wasn't redeemed. I can't get the original code back because now it just keeps saying it was already redeemed. Help?

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Have you tried redeeming the code on the website and the console? What error message/error code do you receive when you try redeeming on the console?
