    Have you tried redeeming the code on the website and the console? What error message/error code do you receive when you try redeeming on the console?

    Hi there!

    What region are you located in and what region is the code that you're trying to redeem from? You might run into an issue if the regions don't match or if you're currently in a
    region that doesn't support Xbox Live.
