I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

The XBOS-4000 error generally means either that you are in a region that the code you're trying to redeem isn't valid because the game isn't available there, or that your account region and physical location do not match. If you're still having trouble with
redeeming the code after making sure your region and physical location match, your best option is going to be reaching out to
chat or phone support. They'll be able to best help out with any redemption issues such as this.
