    Error when paying my xbox live gold subscription


    My xbox live gold subscription is past due, I already actualized my payment data and tried a lot of times to pay it, but everytime I try it it tells me that there's a temporal trouble with the page, I've been trying since yesterday and still it doesn't let
    me pay.

    Does anybody knows how to fix this problem?

    paying a past due balance    , then I recommend contacting a live agent :

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select My Account
    3. Select "See other options"
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Select "Show contact options"
    6. Select Request a callback from support

    Wy payed for gold on x1. Multiplayer is free

    No thats not it.

    He got his x1 now 5 months and make a new profile a did not pay for gold.

    When i look at subscription and my profile it says xbox live gold till 14.5.2015.

    And when he looks there was no subscription of xbox live gold.

    Whe have a diffrent x1 so

    Game Pass ultimate not activated after being charged for it.

    That's odd because when we purchase an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate the Xbox Live Gold subscription and Xbox Live Gold subscription should be converted as well. Do you have an option to pay for the normal game pass?

    Xbox Live Gold subscriptions after the first month are not free and also need to be payed for at the regular retail price. If you want to keep your Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will need to pay for it at the full regular retail price.
