    Error when inputting billing details to claim xbox live gold free


    I am trying to enter my credit card details and so on so that I can claim my xbox live gold one month free trial. However at the end of the process it keeps telling me "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help". I live in
    Malta but since Malta is not listed in the list of country I could not select it!

    How could I go about claiming my free trial please? Also, how can I make purchases if it's not letting me enter credit card information???

    Can you claim Xbox 360 free gold games on the internet without actually having a 360?

    I have an Xbox One and I got Xbox Live Gold. I am getting my free Xbox One games. I don't have a 360 (never had one), and would like to claim my free 360 games as well on the internet. When I try to claim my free monthly games, I get an error message
    saying that I don't have a 360 registered. Well, again I only have One and never had a 360. Since I am already paying for Gold, can I still claim the free 360 games? I ask is because Sony lets people claim their free games, regardless whether one actually
    has a particular console.

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue with not being able to redeem the Free Games with Gold. I'm thinking this may be a region specific issue with the coding of these games since I've seen this specific error code when trying to get the current games with
    gold.

    Can you not claim any of the free games or is it just a specific one? Have you claimed any of the previous free games with gold? Have you tried claiming the games online from

    https://www.xbox.com/live/games-with-gold    ?

    Try getting the game online and let us know if you also can't get the other free games that are currently available.

    Don't know where to go to get free month membership

    usually you get your free month when signing upto gold and have input your CC or Debit card details

    When Xbox games with gold existed u get Xbox 360 games free and Xbox one games free. The Xbox one games u claim for free are only free with a gold subscription when it was gold. Now it's gamepass core. But when Xbox games with gold was a thing the Xbox 360 games u get for free are permanent. But Xbox one games are not. U have to keep ur gamepass core to have access to your free to play Xbox one games with gamepass core that u claimed with gold back then.
