Error when I try to download the free Xbox 360 game

I try to download the free Xbox 360 game for gold. I have no content restrictions on Xbox one. When I go to download the title, it gives an error saying "purchases of this type cannot be made by your account on Xbox.com, please complete the transaction on
your Xbox." I am doing the transaction on my Xbox, and I don't know what the problem is.

I am trying to download a free Xbox 360 game that is included in my gold membership. However, I am unable to because of this error that pops up, even when I try downloading it from my Xbox. Please help with this error.

 

The game is backwards compatible btw.

 

Try downloading the game via Xbox.com, it will be ready to download to your Xbox in the games and apps section, all the way on the right side.

 

The issue is that you are doing it on a child accoujt

Have a parental account or use a xbox 360

Child accounts cannot make purchases of m rated games without parental permissions on a consoke

And the xbox one parental settings aren't compatible with xbox 360 as there is no unrestricted settings that's why it cannot be made on the xbox one on child accounts

So the xbox one uses the Web interface not the 360

 

Ice that won't work as his account is a child accoint

He must use a xbox 360 or a parental account to queue it
