every time I try to redeem my EA access code and my 12 month Xbox live code, an error message comes up with no error code

Hi there,

please check account.microsoft.com/services to double check if the subscription didn't go through, if the subscription isn't there then please check if there is no outstanding amount that needs to be fulfilled.

If all seems fine on that link then please try redeeming it (again) via xbox.com/redeemcode

When that still isn't working I would advise to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

Sorted. Try redeeming your xbox one EA access code, restarting your xbox or PC, and then redeeming B1.

I have the exact same problem with a redeem code for EA Access (1month).. I just bought it today but can't redeem it and i get the same error message as him

Are you still having this problem? I just got an EA access code from costco and it's giving me the same error.. 1 min before I successfully redeemed an xbox $25 gift card from costco, but it doesn't like the Costco EA access one. I've tried it on both my
console and logging into web site with my account.
